PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency signal monitor circuit and apparatus capable of efficiently monitoring a high frequency signal with a simple configuration and adjustment without the need for any special wide space. SOLUTION: The high frequency signal monitor circuit for a strip line antenna circuit provided with: a waveguide 21; an antenna electrode 14 formed on a dielectric board 11 perpendicularly provided to an E plane and an H plane of the waveguide; and a first strip line 12 extended from the antenna electrode in a direction perpendicularly to the dielectric board and provided on the dielectric board, wherein the strip line antenna circuit converts the high frequency signal of the first strip line into an electromagnetic wave in a waveguide via the antenna electrode, includes: a second strip line 15 extended from the antenna electrode toward an opposite side of the first strip line and provided on the dielectric board; and a monitor electrode 16 provided to a tip of the second strip line and coupled with the antenna electrode via a prescribed air gap.
