PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature recording system for measuring a minute temperature change, causing information to be additionally written into a cool memory in process of temperature history recording, and excelling in managing a plurality of temperature history data, and a temperature recorder. SOLUTION: A display image plane 300 comprises an operation switch group 310 for operating data in the cool memory 10 and already-read data, a graph information display part 320 displaying detailed information in a graph by means of numerical values and letters, and a graph display part 330 displaying a graph image.
