PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluid-sealed vibration control device with a simple structure, for highly accurately setting pressure of an air chamber formed on the opposite side of a balancing chamber by sandwiching a flexible film. SOLUTION: A connecting part 80 of a valve body 76 is inserted into a pressurizing hole 70 of a cover member 56. A rubber block 78 of the valve body 76 is positioned on the air chamber 66 side of the pressurizing hole 70, and a locking part 82 of the valve body 76 is positioned on the external space side of the pressurizing hole 70. Compressed air is sealed in the air chamber 66, by pressing the rubber block 78 in a close contact state from the air chamber 66 side to the pressurizing hole 70 by pressure of the compressed air injected into the air chamber 66 from an external part via the pressurizing hole 70.
