<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the security of personal medical information acquisition during emergency conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: This personal medical information reference system has: an emergency receptionist terminal 20 for acquiring the telephone number of a caller and transmitting the telephone number to an emergency reception center server 30 when receiving emergency notification from a user portable terminal 10; the emergency reception center server 30 for retrieving and acquiring a medical information ID on the basis of the received telephone number of the caller, registering temporary authentication information combined with the telephone number of the caller, transmitting access information to user medical information to a portable telephone 60 of an ambulance crew when a telephone number received from the portable terminal 60 of the ambulance crew coincides with the medical information ID and with the temporary authentication information, and eliminating the registration of the temporary authentication information when the transmission of the access information to the user medical information is finished; and the portable terminal 60 of the ambulance crew for transmitting the telephone number and the medical information ID received from the user portable terminal 10 to the emergency reception center server 30 and receiving the access information to the user medical information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
