PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily detect a human body entering from a window. SOLUTION: While the residents are absent, a terminal unit is set to a mode to detect CO2 from the human body or smell of sweat, etc. (S21). First, the smell of a room having no human body therein is detected and stored (S22). When human body infiltrates, the terminal unit detects CO2 from the human body or the smell proper to a human, such as sweat (S23). By comparing these detected signals and the first signal, the human body is detected, and it is decided as an abnormal condition (S24). Abnormal information, including the time and the place of the window or an entrance/exit at which the human body is detected, is transmitted from the terminal unit to information equipment, through wireless communication (S25). On receiving such abnormal information in the information equipment (S26), the abnormal information is displayed on the screen of the information equipment, as an alarm screen (S27). The abnormal information is transmitted/stored in information processing server unit, and the abnormal condition is notified to the resident outside, by calling to external communication equipment, such as a mobile phone (S28).
