PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, space-saving constant flow rate valve. SOLUTION: The constant flow rate valve includes a conical coil-shaped spring 20 as a valve element, a guide shaft 30 having a spring receiving portion 31 located at a smaller-diameter end side of the coil-shaped spring, and a valve supporting casing 10 (valve supporting plate 11) which supports a larger-diameter end portion of the conical coil-shaped spring 20 and the guide shaft 30. In the constant flow rate valve, the guide shaft 30 is secured to the valve supporting casing 10 (valve supporting plate 11). A spring receiving member 40 for supporting the smaller-diameter end portion of the conical coil-shaped spring 20 is slidably mounted on the guide shaft 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
