PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-way valve for a tanker capable of improving safety without mixing fuel oil in gravity-unloading such as gasoline into pump-unloaded fuel oil such as kerosene, and capable of achieving it in excellent operability in a simple and easy way. SOLUTION: This four-way valve 22 is interposed in a pipe 6 between a bottom valve on a tank side and a delivery valve on a delivery port side, and is positioned on an upper part compared to a pump 7, and is provided with a valve case 23, and a valve 24 arranged in the valve case 23 in a turning displaceable manner and having a flow switching communication passage 25 in the inside thereof. Inlet and outlet parts 13' and 14' to ports 13 and 14 of the pump 7 of the valve case 23 and apertures 28 and 29 of the communication passage 25 of the valve 24 comprise corresponding plane circular holes, and packing P is attached to the inlet and outlet parts 13' and 14'.
