PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a shrinkage of an injection angle of a hollow spray, in forming the hollow spray, by injecting fuel. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve 10 has a plurality of nozzle ports 20 for injecting the fuel into tip parts (a body) 12 and 16, and forms the hollow spray by the fuel injected from the nozzle ports 20.
