PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of EGR gas when a butterfly valve 4 is fully closed. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the fluid control valve comprises a welding process for forming a first welding part 11 and a second welding part 12 being parallel in two rows in two first and second joint sections of the butterfly valve 4 and a valve shaft 5 by welding each of first and second channel side faces of a shaft fitting channel 54 of the butterfly valve 4 and each of first and second shaft outside diameter faces of a valve mounting part 63 of the valve shaft 5 mutually by laser by using a laser welding device. Since a fitting part of the butterfly valve 4 and the valve shaft 5 is constituted by each of first and second channel side faces of the shaft fitting channel 54 and each of shaft outside diameter faces of the valve mounting part 63, there is no through hole passing through so as to communicate both end faces of a disc-like part 51 of the butterfly valve 4 so that leakage of EGR gas can be prevented when the butterfly valve 4 is fully closed.
