PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoglycidylisocyanuric acid compound resistant to evaporation in kneading under heating. SOLUTION: The monoglycidylisocyanuric acid compound is expressed by general formula shown in the figure. The monoglycidylisocyanuric acid compound has a substituent having excellent lipophilic property, high molecular weight and high steric bulkiness on the N-site of the triazine ring constituting a principal skeleton and, accordingly, the suppression of evaporation in the heat-kneading with a resin can be expected.
