AUTOMATIC STOPPING DEVICE IN EMERGENCY OF ESCALATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically stop an escalator at staying accident of an exit. SOLUTION: A plurality of steps are supported by a single beam with both end support from below near the exit of the escalator and variation of fulcrum reaction force at an exit side of load moving on the single beam is measured.
