PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing wheel made so as to package products speedy, simply, and at low cost. SOLUTION: The packing wheel is used for packaging products 3 with individual packaging material sheets 4. A supporting body 5 rotates against a first rotating shaft 7 at the center, and supports a plurality of peripheral packing pockets 16. Individual packing pockets 16 receive individual products 3 and individual packaging material sheets 4 and store them. The packing pockets are fitted on the supporting body individually at peripheral positions so that they are rotated against the supporting body around second rotating shafts 10 parallel to the first rotating shaft 7 and on the periphery. The packing pockets 16 are fitted so as to rotate individually around third rotating shafts 21. The third rotating shafts are parallel to second rotating shafts 10 corresponding to them, are arranged at a fixed distance from the second rotating shafts 10 corresponding to them, and are rotated around the second rotating shafts 10 corresponding to them.
