PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow riding without selecting any person or weight and perform stopping by the brake lever operation of usual action, in addition thereto, to perform the landing of both legs in a riding state and to contribute to the prevention the generation of an abnormality. SOLUTION: When a person performs stopping by brake operation during traveling while sitting on a standard type bicycle saddle, a person whose both legs are not landed, a bicycle is inclined and erectly supported by one leg. Therefore, when the bicycle is stopped by brake operation, a volume non-variable liquid is distributed to the bicycle 2 and the saddle 3 while suppressing spring expansion/contraction motion by the squeezing expansion of air. A cylinder base board having a spring mechanism withstanding to a heavier human body gravity load is directly connected to a lower part of the saddle 3 and the operation of brake stopping is faithfully interlocked to slowly ascend and descend the saddle 3.
