<p>A metal foil manufacturing machine comprising a plating pot, a cathode drum, first and second anodes, a plating solution spraying means, a coiling bobbin, and plating prevention carts, which minimizes the weight deviation induced in the transverse direction of the metal foil and can improve the service life of anodes positioned in the vicinity of a plating solution spraying means when manufacturing a metal foil by electroplating, is provided. A metal foil manufacturing machine for compensating the weight deviation of a metal foil(70) in the transverse direction comprises: a plating pot(10) in which a plating solution comprising cations of electrodeposition metal is contained; a cathode drum(20) of which a portion is rotatably dipped into the plating pot; first and second anodes(30a,30b) which are spaced from the cathode drum in a predetermined gap and installed below the cathode drum such that the anodes are symmetrical side to side based on a rotary shaft of the cathode drum; a plating solution spraying means(40) installed in an opening between the first and second anodes to spray the plating solution between the cathode drum and the first and second anodes; a coiling bobbin(50) for coiling the metal foil by delaminating a metal foil that is electrodeposited on the cathode drum; and plating prevention carts(80a,80b) which are made from an insulating material and injected into both sides of the plating solution spraying means along inner peripheral surfaces of the first and second anodes to interrupt a plating current flow in the vicinity of the plating solution spraying means.</p> |
