<p>An apparatus for heat treatment of a linear motion rail is provided to effectively heat treat the rail by allowing inner faces of guide dies to contact with at least two positions on an outer face of the rail in a length direction of the guide dies, thereby stably guiding the rail. An apparatus for heat treatment of a linear motion rail comprises: a heat treatment part; and guide dies disposed in front and rear of the heat treatment part to guide the rail, wherein inner faces of the guide dies contact with at least two positions on an outer face of the rail in a length direction of the guide dies, and the guide dies include a bottom part, and side parts installed at both sides of the bottom part and disposed at both sides of the rail. An apparatus for heat treatment of a linear motion rail comprises: a heat treatment part; and guide dies(140) disposed in front and rear of the heat treatment part to guide the rail, wherein inner faces of the guide dies contact with at least two positions on an outer face of the rail in a length direction of the guide dies, and the apparatus further comprises: a roller(160) disposed in an upper part of the guide dies such that the roller is linearly contacted with an upper surface of the rail to guide the rail; a bracket(120) supporting the roller; a screw(131) connected to a shaft of the roller; and a nut part(121) formed on the bracket such that the screw is inserted into the nut part.</p> |
