NON-WELDING DECK PLATE WITH TRUSS GIRDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A non-welding flattening bonding truss deck plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove welding trace and to improve external appearance by attaching reinforcing girders to a floor base integrally and bonding coupling pieces and the floor base integrally. A manufacturing method of a non-welding flattening bonding truss deck plate comprises the steps of attaching coupling pieces(30) to a lower side of reinforcing girders(20) integrally; placing the reinforcing girders on a floor base(10); placing the overlapped part of the coupling plate and the floor base between convex and recessed molds, and forming a pressure projection on the coupling plate and the floor base; and flattening the pressure projection by pressing the projected part of the projection with a flattening mold.
