A file fastener attaching device is provided to improve productivity by automating processes of drawing, cutting, heating, and attaching fasteners. A file fastener attaching device(100) is composed of a fixing unit(110) rotatably fixing a fastener roll(30) formed by connecting plural fasteners(20); a first transfer unit(120) placing and fixing the fasteners formed at the end of the fastener roll, on the upper end and drawing the fastener by transferring the fasteners placed on the upper end; a cutting unit(130) disposed at the end of an outlet of the first transfer unit and provided with a cutter installed at the upper end and moved up and down to cut the fasteners delivered by the first transfer unit; a second transfer unit(140) continuously disposed from the first transfer unit to transfer the fasteners cut by the cutting unit; a heater block(150) disposed in a transfer range of the second transfer unit to apply heat on the transferred fasteners; an attaching unit(160) arranged at the end of an outlet of the second transfer unit and provided with a press block installed at the upper end and moved up and down to attach the fastener to the file; a first sensor mounted adjacently to the attaching unit to detect whether the file is supplied to the attaching unit or not; and a driving unit(180) operating the first and second transfer units, the cutting unit, and the attaching unit by operating a driving motor if the first sensor detects the file.
