<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the light escaping in an aperture area of a pixel in a liquid crystal display or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The light which is not shielded at a cutout section 40 in the region C1 is shielded by an eaves section 11A of a scanning line 11a, even when the corner of the cutout section 40 is not composed by the edge perpendicular to the X direction and the Y direction, more specifically, when the corner is of the planar shape having some obtuseness because the whole of the cutout part 40 overlaps with the eaves section 11A of a scanning line 11a. In other words, even when the resolution of a stepper does not have precision enough to form an intended pattern shape, the light escaping can be reduced by forming the part where the light escaping tends to occur of a capacity wiring 400 that functions as a light-shielding film in a manner to overlap with other light-shielding films. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
