<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for sampling packets in units of transactions, in a system-analyzing device which conducts transaction analysis. <P>SOLUTION: In the system-analyzing device 10, an SrcIP unit filter part 12 captures packets between a client 40 and a Web server 31 in units of SrcIPs. An ON/OFF filter part 13 captures packets in the section only when a flag is in an ON state. A request/response analysis part 14 controls the flag of the ON/OFF filter part 13 in the next section so that it may capture packets in the next section only when its own section is in a state of response wait.
