<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out more accurate measurement of a differential pressure more, and to improve the reliability of measuring the differential pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A differential pressure measuring apparatus comprises a first sensor unit 2, having a first sensing result acquisition unit 26 for acquiring a sensing result of the first pressure sensor 22 for detecting the pressure of the first region, and this first pressure sensor 22 is acquired to predetermined timing; a second sensor unit 3, having a second sensing result acquisition unit 35 for acquiring the sensing result of the second pressure sensor 32 for detecting the pressure of the first region and the second differential region, and this second pressure sensor 32 is acquired to predetermined timing, and a calculation unit 26 for computing the differential pressure of the first region; and the second region from the sensing result acquired in the sensing result and the second sensing result acquisition unit 35 which have been acquired in the first sensing result acquisition unit 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
