PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system comprising a brushless DC motor. SOLUTION: The system comprises a rotor assembly and a stator assembly. The rotor assembly has a first permanent magnet having a first ring shape or a part of the first ring shape and generating a first magnetic field, a rotor shaft coupled with the first permanent magnet and a first magnetic ring coupled with the first permanent magnet. The stator assembly is coupled with the rotor assembly so that it freely rotates, and the stator assembly comprises a winding base in a magnetic ring shape or in a partial ring shape, a coil wound to the winding base and a plurality of magnetic projecting parts extending from the winding base toward the first magnetic ring. The respective magnetic projecting parts are separated from the other magnetic projecting parts. Partition of the first permanent magnet, partition of the winding base, one of the magnetic projecting parts and partition of the first magnetic ring provide a pseudo route for a magnetic line of force.
