PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for a mobile phone capable of common use for charging of various types of mobile phones while having a small and thin shape capable of carrying and talking over phone easily in charging state, and having a high capacity capable of maintaining for a relatively long time an output capacity capable of communication at the same time of starting of charging. SOLUTION: The charger for the mobile phone is provided with a battery pack 1 in which thin batteries 7 arranged on the same plane for the number of units by which required output voltage can be obtained are mutually electrically connected, a fixing means 11 which installs the battery pack 1 detachably at the rear face of the mobile phone 12, and connecting terminal parts 2, 3 which have a pair of elastic lead terminals 43, 44 of which respective connecting contacts 43a, 44a at one end are electrically connected to a positive electrode terminal 37 and a negative electrode terminal 38 of the battery pack 1, and the contacting contacts 43b, 44b of the other end side of the elastic lead terminals 43, 44 are projected capable of elastically contacting to the charging contacts 40, 41 of the mobile phone 12 at the time of installation of the battery pack 1 on the mobile phone 12.
