PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of speedily returning from a power down mode while attaining low power consumption. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a boosting power supply circuit 25 which supplies at least either a first predetermined voltage generated by boosting a predetermined voltage or a second predetermined voltage lower than the first predetermined voltage; two or more circuit blocks; and a voltage boosting control circuit which controls the boosting power supply circuit so as to supply the first predetermined voltage to the two or more circuit blocks in a first operation mode, supplying the second predetermined voltage to a predetermined circuit block among the two or more circuit blocks in a second operation mode, and controlling the boosting power supply circuit 25 not to supply voltage to the other circuit blocks.
