PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program distribution system using electronic mail signature, which is applicable to provision of various pieces of information or services such as delivery of an advertisement or delivery of a game program by an electronic mail signing function. SOLUTION: A means for assigning an advertisement to an e-mail is provided by delivering the electronic mail signing function and a program executable by HTML method with the e-mail by the program distribution system using electronic mail signature. A means enabling an e-mail receiver to easily confirm whether a received e-mail is genuine or not is proposed by assigning a means for determining whether the e-mail is forged/altered or not by the signature of the e-mail.
