摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic material for efficiently absorbing two-photons that is the organic material with a large cross section for absorbing two-photons, which achieves attains in the spectrum, refractive index or polarization into high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The two-photon absorption material is shown by general Formula (I) and has the two-photon absorption material as a basic structure. In the Formula, Ar<SB>1</SB>is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, Ar<SB>2</SB>and Ar<SB>3</SB>are each independently divalent group of substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, Ar<SB>4</SB>is a substituted or unsubstituted divalent group of thiophen, biphenyl, fluorene or anthracene, and Ar<SB>5</SB>and Ar<SB>6</SB>are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group.
