PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor driving device, small-sized, light, and having excellent durability and high reliability. SOLUTION: This in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes: a casing 22; a motor part A for rotatively driving a motor side rotary member 25; a decelerating part B for decelerating the rotation of the motor side rotary member 25 and transmitting the rotation to a wheel side rotary member 28; and a wheel hub 32 fixed and connected to the wheel side rotary member 28. The wheel side rotary member 28 includes: a flange 28a disposed on the decelerating part B side; and a shaft 28b disposed on the wheel hub 32 side wherein the flange 28a is rotatably supported to the casing 22 by an angular ball bearing 37.
