PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet master batch having a uniform composition by uniforming the size of coagulated substances formed from a slurry solution containing a filler and a rubber solution when the wet master batch is manufactured by mixing/coagulating the slurry solution and the rubber solution and to solve the point at issue wherein the coagulated substances become large lumps in a coagulation tank to lower stirring efficiency or to make the discharge of the coagulated substances difficult. SOLUTION: The coagulated substances are formed while stirring the slurry solution and the rubber solution by the stirring blades 3 provided in the coagulation tank 2 and crushed by the crushing blades 7 provided in the coagulation tank.
