PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin drying machine constituted so as to prevent abrasion or a change with the elapse of time, the lowering of air tightness holding properties and the lowering of a drying function in relation to a shutter mechanism and to facilitate the maintenance of the resin drying machine by simplifying constitution. SOLUTION: A moving plate (slide 6) is installed in a slidable manner with respect to a frame (shutter frame 4) having a first opening (22), the second and third openings (32 and 34) corresponding to the first opening are provided to the moving plate and a closing plate (36) for closing the first opening is provided to the second opening in a movable manner. When the second opening is allowed to correspond to the first opening, the first opening is closed by the closing plate and, when the third opening is allowed to correspond to the first opening, the first opening is opened.
