PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for suspending a boot upside down to dry the interior of a wet boot in a shorter period of time after washing it with water. SOLUTION: The tool for drying a boot suspended upside down comprises a frame formed in the shape of ankle part of a boot from a part tiptoe to a heel part. The frame is provided with an opening at its tiptoe part, rings at each of the tiptoe one by one and heel sides of its both sides symmetrically widthwise and chains each connected to each ring, such that two chains connected to the heel sides are a little longer than those connected to the tiptoe sides, and the other ends of the chains are connected to the lower part of a hook.
