PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary-drum type game machine capable of reducing the cost of development without requiring the manufacture of new components such as a front door frame accompanying the model change. SOLUTION: A plurality of engagement holes 100b are formed on a guard plate 100 fixed to the upper end edge on the rear side of a front door 3, and a hook member 101 for supporting a harness for the wiring inside the front door 3 is appropriately engaged with any one of the engagement holes 100b.
