An anti-rust type rotating shaft manufacturing method is provided to prevent deterioration of exterior of a product due to corrosion by having performance of anti-rust performance that lasts for at least 72 hours. An anti-rust type rotating shaft manufacturing method comprises the steps of: rough-polishing a rotating shaft which is contoured by forming a material into a desired size; turning the rotating shaft using a CNC for fine-polishing; stress-treatment machining for preventing possibilities of distortion of the rotating shaft due to the stress from turning process; performing primary polishing machining process for fine polishing; softening the rotating shaft using nitride gas; completing the rotating shaft by fine-polishing it using the CNC; and removing burrs on the rotating shaft using a buffing machine and rounding corners. |
