ASSEMBLY TYPED BIG FORM

摘要

An assembly type big mold is provided to achieve scale-up and to reduce the number of components by using a fastener when installing a joist and a wale for reinforcement. An assembly type big mold comprises a mold panel(100), a wale(140), and a fastener(120). The wale supports the mold panels interactively connected. The wale is horizontally placed and adhered on the front of protrusions(112b,113b) of a T-shaped connection rib of the mold panel. One end of the wale is opened and the other end is closed. A section of the wale is shaped as ݘ. A connection hole(141) is formed at the closed surface of the wale. The fastener surrounds the protrusions of the T-shaped connection rib of the mold panel to fix the mold panels interactively. The fastener has a first connection piece(121), a second connection piece(122), a fixing hole(123), and a coupling bolt(142).
