<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a natural specific cytokine mixture. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the natural cytokine mixture includes the steps of immobilizing at least one mitogen in a tissue culture vessel, suspending an isolated population of lymphocytes free of neutrophils and erythrocytes in a serum-free medium, placing the suspended lymphocytes in a vessel, culturing the lymphocytes, removing the medium, and determining the characteristics of the medium as the yield of the cytokine.
