<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge measuring device capable of discriminating simply and inexpensively a partial discharge generation spot (between phases or to the ground) of an apparatus to be measured. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an inverter device 3 for converting a direct-current voltage into an alternating voltage by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control and supplying it to a motor 5, a three-phase voltage adjuster 2 for adjusting the direct-current voltage, a measuring counter 6 for measuring generation frequency of a partial discharge generated from the motor 5, and a measuring processing part 7 for discriminating whether the partial discharge is generated between the phases of the motor 5 or to the ground from a change of the generation frequency of the partial discharge when the direct-current voltage is raised from a low level wherein the partial discharge is not generated by the three-phase voltage adjuster 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
