<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum insulation box having high reliability by manufacturing a box material formed by combining metal foil and a resin material by insert molding without forming air bubbles. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum insulation box 1 has a vacuum insulation structure comprised of an outer box 3 and an inner box 6 comprised of at least a gas barrier material, and a core material 9, a gas adsorbent 9, and a moisture adsorbent 10 sealed in decompressed states in a space 7 composed of the outer box 3 and the inner box 6.
