PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troublesome operations by searching corresponding marks from the decision of user and a menu. SOLUTION: At first, a detection part 103 detects moving information, indicating a moving state of a moving object. Next, an extraction part 104 extracts an arbitrary moving destination candidate point from among the moving destination points existing in the neighborhood of the moving object, or on the moving route of the moving object, on the basis of the moving information detected by the detection part 103. Next, a display control part 105 controls a display screen so as to display to superpose the information expressing the moving information destination candidate point extracted by the extraction part 104 on a map.
