PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve attaching accuracy of a member regulating tilt angles of two directions and assembly productivity and to prevent a tape from being damaged caused by slack or the like of the tape run by a pinch roller device in a bearing in which running of the tape is stabilized by setting individually the tilt angles of the pinch roller in the press-contact direction where the pinch roller is in press contact with a capstan and a tape running direction being perpendicular to the press-contact direction. SOLUTION: A tilt angleθA that the pinch roller tilts in a direction in press contact with the capstan, a tilt angleθC that the pinch roller tilts in the tape running direction perpendicular to the press-contact direction, a tilt angleθB that the pinch roller tilts in press contact with the capstan, a positioning part which can be positioned and attached to an arm of a pinch roller device and a guard part for preventing damage of the tape caused by the run tape abutting on the arm of the pinch roller device or the like are provided integrally in a member regulating a tile angle and constituted so as to be regurated into the relation ofθC<θB<θA.
