PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency even in irregular operation, in an electric appliance provided to use undervalued night power and to reduce daytime power demand, as the discount electric power rate-enable electric appliance can reduce the use of power in a time zone except for discount time zone by using the electric power in the discount time zone as much as possible, but the irregular operation such as defrosting operation of a refrigerator, is forcibly performed in night at 24-hours period. SOLUTION: This electric appliance performs a prescribed load operation in a first prescribed time zone, and the prescribed load operation is performed before a second prescribed time zone.
