PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles which give not only spreadability and smoothness but also dry touch to cosmetics and as a single particle also have smoothness and dry touch, resin particles particularly good in dispersive properties in a hydrophobic medium, a manufacturing method of the resin particles, and cosmetics containing the resin particles. SOLUTION: Provided are crosslinked (meth)acrylate resin particles having an average particle size of 1-10μm, which are formed by the copolymerization of a monomer mixture that contains a (meth)acrylate and a crosslinkable monomer having an oxyalkylene chain having a 2-20 repeating units of an oxyalkylene group (wherein the carbon number of the alkylene group is 2-4) and having two or more carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds and that has, regarding the crosslinkable monomer, a proportion of 16-50% by mass in the whole monomer, and whose surfaces are coated with a surfactant having a sulfonic acid group or a sulfonate group.
