PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment vessel capable of carrying out efficient wastewater treatment by reducing cost and time required for wastewater treatment work by collecting, purifying and treating wastewater produced by using a hydroblast machine and oil contaminated wastewater discharged from a marine vessel. SOLUTION: A wastewater purifying means is furnished with a wastewater collecting means 21 to collect the wastewater produced by using a grinding and sweeping means 20, a collection tank 11 to store the wastewater collected by the wastewater collecting means 21, a separation treatment tank 12 having separating solidifying means 25, 26 to store the wastewater of an upper layer part naturally separated and floated, to separate pollutant matters from water out of the wastewater stored in the collection tank 11, filtering means 31, 34, 37 to refine the purified wastewater by reducing the turbidity of the wastewater separated from the pollutant matters in the separation treatment tank 12 through a filter and purified wastewater storage tanks 16, 17 to store the purified wastewater filtered by the filtering means.
