PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a desired curtain is not obtained, since making a curtain requires a complicated work such as sewing by a sewing machine from a complicated calculation for matching the size of the curtain to that of a window according to the number of runners and the width of a cloth. SOLUTION: A curtain runner is fitted with a clip for holding a cloth to readily make a curtain by appropriately holding a desired cloth such as a handkerchief or a scarf. Further, the curtain runner with the clip may have various designs, such as a romantic flower or an animal which children like, as a decoration for fun.
