PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a training person maintain a motion with a higher exercising effect by correcting his/her movement. SOLUTION: The position of a mobile part moved by the training person is detected and compared with the reference position of the mobile part. When the difference between the reference position and the detected position exceeds an allowable range, a deviation is judged and the training person is informed of the deviation by a voice message, an image, a character message or the like. For example, voice data or character data for outputting a message saying "work harder", "too fast", "too slow" or others is generated.
