An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve the light emitting efficiency of an organic light emitting device by forming an Alq3 layer between an encapsulation layer and the device. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110), an encapsulation layer(400), and a tris-8-hydroxyquinolic aluminum(Alq3) layer(360). The substrate(110) has a pixel(P1) including an organic light emitting device. The encapsulation layer(400) covers the pixel(P1), and is formed on the front surface of the substrate(110). The tris-8-hydroxyquinolic aluminum(Alq3) layer(360) is formed between the encapsulation layer(400) and the organic light emitting device. |
