An air spraying type waste sorter and a waste sorting apparatus having the same are provided to maximize sorting efficiency by disposing first and second nozzles in a direction of dropping the wastes, in order and optimizing the air jetting pressure and airflow of the first and second nozzles. An air spraying type waste sorter(100) is composed of: a guide unit(110) guiding the wastes in a predetermined direction by transferring the wastes; a nozzle unit(130) comprising a first nozzle(132) firstly applying horizontal pressure to the waste by jetting the air to the waste falling from the guide unit and a second nozzle(134) installed at the lower side of the first nozzle, to apply horizontal pressure to the waste secondly by jetting the air to the waste dropping from the guide unit; and an air supply unit(150) communicating with the nozzle unit and feeding the compressed air to the nozzle unit. |
