摘要 A method for improving physical properties of UV-crosslinkable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives by forming a semi-IPN is provided to produce acrylic adhesives that have improved heat resistance and increase productivity owing to shortened curing time thereof. A method for improving physical properties of UV-crosslinkable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives by forming a semi-interpenetrating polymer network comprises the steps of: preparing an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive having improved glass transition temperature; thereto adding a trifunctional monomer and an initiator; and irradiating the mixture with ultraviolet rays. In the step of preparing an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, 5-15wt% of acrylic acid is added to improve physical properties, especially glass transition temperature.
