The frame has a lifting arm (4), which is attached under a saddle in a flexible manner by a Bowden cable (2), cable wire or rod. The lifting arm is connected with a mechanical, gas driven, hydraulic and rotatable fixed saddle rod compression spring piston. The lifting arm is moved into a screwed or fixedly mounted sliding and bearing housing (9) after activation of a release mechanism (5) above the saddle rod compression spring piston. The lifting arm is adjustable for several deeper positions and stepless adjustable and lockable heights.
