<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in manufacturing cost with a simple composition besides reducing the unevenness of rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism includes idler gears 33-35 which respectively engage with a drive gear 31 and driven gear 32 and which is coaxial to one another, wherein a first and third idler gears 33, 35 have a different number of teeth from a second idler gear 34 by transformation. The first idler gear meshes with respective driving force transmission side tooth surfaces of the drive gear and driven gear.
