<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional pulling/cutting system has the risk of bending in a terminal so as not to be used for cutting a thick wire or a litz wire and a cutter corresponding to the thick wire by adding a mechanism for rocking the wire, etc., is difficult to be reduced in size and is not suitable for mounting on a multiple automatic winding machine having multiple guide nozzles. <P>SOLUTION: The cutter for the automatic winding machine includes: a cylindrical body 10 having a through-hole 11 in a longitudinal direction; and a shaft 20 inserted to the through-hole 11 and attached to the cylindrical body 10 so as to be rotatable with a longitudinal direction axis A as a center.
