<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a technique that, even if there occurs any burr at the time of cutting in a manufacturing process of a piezoelectric element, any shortage of electrodes may not occur between front and rear sides. <P>SOLUTION: There are formed electrodes 103a to 103z connected to one side of a flat piezoelectric member 101 through conductors 104a to 104e. Moreover, a notch 10 is formed between adjacent electrodes. Similar patterns are also formed at another side of the piezoelectric member 101. In this place, by designing that positions of the conductors 104a to 104e and conductors 107a to 107d may not overlap in the front and rear sides, and furthermore vertical portions to conductors 104e, 107e may not overlap, even if there occurs any burr at the time of cutting the conductors, an electric shortage is prevented in the front and rear sides of the piezoelectric member 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
