CUSTOMER/COMMODITY INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY CUSTOMER/COMMODITY/PURCHASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (INCLUDING POS) AND MOBILE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer/commodity management system allowing efficient execution of commodity analysis and customer analysis from before commodity purchase to after the purchase by use of a POS system.

SOLUTION: This system 1 has: a portable server 12 providing a mobile site including commodity information to a mobile terminal 50 of a customer via a communication network 60; a site log database 13 storing an access log to the mobile site; and a POS terminal 5 performing price settlement. By analysis of the access log and POS data by the commodity purchase of the customer in a store, a customer trend from before the purchase of the customer to the actual purchase is obtained.
